Hopefully this video will save you a call-out charge from your local electrician in Cleckheaton, Bradford.
Most RCDs operate into the off position but this RCD is a little different and I have often received calls regarding this issue.
If the MEM Mermera 2000 RCD operates if you have a fault on your electrics it drops into the tripped position, you will need to click the switch into the off position then to the on position. Hard to explain in text so please watch the video.
If you are still having issues with you electrics and the RCD will not reset call your local electrician.
